"I loved relaxing by the pool and gazing out across the bay to the mountains. What a beautiful setting! Every now and again, Raul would ask if we would like some refreshments and would appear with delicacies such as fresh guacomole, or a fresh fruit platter. He also made excellent margueritas. Life was good!"
