Rates (15% tax additional)

• Off Season: $1280 per night
• Peak Season: (November through April excluding holidays) - $1600 per night
• Holiday Season: (Thanksgiving week) - $1800 per night
• Holiday Season: (Easter week) - $1800 per night
• Holiday Season: (December 19 - January 4) - $2500 per night

Terms & Conditions

• Sorry, no smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the villa, around the pool area, and on the balconies.
• Refundable $500 security/damage deposit due immediately to secure reservation. The deposit is refundable within 60 days of the termination of the rental period following the management's inspection of the premises and receipt of the telephone bill for the rental period.
• 50% of total rental fee (including taxes) due immediately to secure the reservation. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before arrival for off-season and peak-season rentals and 90 days before arrival for holiday rentals. If booking is less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is due to secure reservation.
• A 60 day notice is required for cancellation with refund, less 20% fee, if re-rented.
• All holidays are non-refundable and require a minimum 7-day reservation.
• Waiver must be signed for children under 8.
