A typical dinner at Casa Karma might start with jumbo shrimp stuffed with cheese and bacon with a mango salsa, a salad of mixed greens served with a basalmic orange vinaigrette, ceviche, chicken mole or grilled red snapper, and flan for dessert. Eating on the patio overlooking the pool and the bay will add much to the fine food.
