There are four very experienced, delightful people working as a team to make things as close to perfect as possible for you. Their only goal while you are staying at Casa Karma is to cater to your every whim. Here, spoiling you is not only allowed, it is encouraged!

Raul Haro is our secret. He has been our friend for many years and we are honored that he has agreed to become our house manager. He has had many years of experience in this field and is committed to the comfort of his guests. You will want for nothing with him around. He will drive you anywhere you would like to go (although taxis are readily available at the street level) and he will answer any questions (yes, he speaks English) and will arrange any activity for you. Beachcombing, golfing, fishing, boating, shopping, parasailing, sightseeing -- just ask Raul!

Raul's entertaining tales of the city are not to be missed, either. He has lived in Puerto Vallarta since the city was a small, sleepy fishing village, so he has many stories to tell, just ask. Raul is also an excellent bartender, so be sure to enjoy his frozen margaritas and refreshing, fruity sangrias while basking in the sun. Just ask!

Gregoria is the chef, and there is nothing she won't attempt to make for you. Just ask! She selects the freshest, highest quality items for your meals. We know you will be impressed.

Hemma is our very conscientious housekeeper. She will keep the "house" immaculate during your stay, and will even launder and press your clothes. Just ask! She is also the person behind the artful tissue folding.

Raulito is a happy surprise for us. We have known and loved him since his early childhood. You guessed it, he is Raul's son! At Casa Karma, he acts as his father's capable assistant, and bonus of bonuses, he supplies the technical know-how for the office equipment. You will see, it is literally a "family" hosting you at Casa Karma!
